Shifting Gears on a Motorcycle....

Strong high top shoes are an important part of bike gear to cover the ankle...

But very thick soled shoes may have a hard time "getting under" the gear shift mechanism while your foot is on the right side peg...because these two things are very close together... It takes some practice to "find" your spot...

Because the tolerances are small...between the right peg and the shifter lever...so be aware of your shoes if this becomes a problem...
