Halloween is celebrated in most of the Western World...even in Russia. The developed Asian economies also seem to have "adopted" Western Holidays...even if their traditions are very different... For Example...Hong Kong has many huge Christmas displays...and the Malls of Hong Kong...are perhaps even more decorated for the holiday than those in the US...!
And you are even likely to here "Jingle Bells" in Cambodia in October at the Full Moon Festival...!
