This effect is easy to do...
1. Set up the original color photo in your photoshop or paint program...
2. Copy this photo and paste in anywhere on the board
3. Convert the new copy to black and white...and copy that...
4. Paste the new black and white copy inside the original as a "new layer"
5. Use eraser tool to pick and choose areas where you want color to show through...
You might want to magnify the photo to stay inside the lines...like doing a coloring book!
